Ian Norris

Ian Norris is the theory and research side of Norris Insights. An expert in consumer and organizational behavior, he has extensive experience with customer survey design and consumer and organizational research methods such as focus groups, experimental design, task analysis, and job description. He has held tenured academic positions in both psychology and marketing departments. His research expertise spans consumer judgment and emotion, organizational decision-making, the role of culture in consumer and organizational behavior, happiness and well-being, neuroscience, business ethics, and behavioral economics. His research has been published in top business and psychology journals, including Academy of Management Review and Journal of the Association for Consumer Research. He holds a PhD in Social Psychology as well as an MBA. He is based in Lexington, Kentucky.

Tony Norris

Tony Norris is the industry and practice side of Norris Insights. He has held positions in operations management, sales strategy and planning, corporate training, and retail management at Fortune 50 companies. His industry expertise spans sales management, cross-selling, skill-building, leadership coaching, learning & development program consulting and facilitation, culture-building, sales territory planning and design, business operations, and risk management.

Tony has extensive experience in both the finance and IT industries. As a restless entrepreneur, he also has a great deal of experience in e-commerce, having owned and operated several successful small businesses.

Tony Norris is based in Austin, Texas.
